<option_name> <value> Default Description
hex integer client connection will wait on the completion
of a read or write on the network. If the read or
write does not complete within the designated
time an exception will be raised.
The value 0 means unlimited time allowed.
This timeout is only applicable to the thin
driver and is only placed on the client-side
socket operations.
